February 28 & March 1, 2022 New Employee Orientation

RRC provides an orientation session for all new employees 4 times a year. This is an essential component of the employee onboarding process. This session will be offered over two mornings, online, to accommodate all staff working from home.

Course Overview

As part of Red River College’s commitment to onboarding, we provide orientation sessions for all new employees. This orientation is an essential component of the RRC new employee onboarding process. If you recently missed a previous orientation, please sign up for the next one.
The next New Employee Orientation is May 23 & 24, 2022.
New staff are invited to register for the two part online series. Sessions run from 9:00 – 12:00 each day. The first part of each day is a live segment where participants interact in a virtual environment. The remainder of the sessions are self-lead, providing the opportunity to rewind and revisit presentation components at the viewers discretion.
Participants will receive a new employee welcome package, delivered to their campus location upon request. Please send an email to tpresley@rrc.ca to provide your mailing address and request a welcome package. Please be sure to include subject line: February NEO Welcome Package request in your email.
Once the registration is processed, participants will receive Outlook Calendar invitations to secure their schedule, and receive login instructions.
Within three months of attending orientation, participants will be invited to a Connection Session, where they will have the opportunity to reconnect, network, ask questions and ensure access to resources and support are available.
