This self-directed training aims to enhance Red River College Polytechnic employees' understanding of gender and sexual diversity identities, and provide strategies for advancing inclusion. 

Although this course is for all RRC Polytech employees, learners may be at different places in their learning and advocacy journey about their understanding and inclusion of gender and sexual identities. 

This course was developed with this in mind, and content progresses from sharing some key frameworks and terms, to unpacking the complexity of identities, uncovering forms of oppression, and mapping out strategies for inclusion. 

To provide a course content that allows for different learning journeys, the course is structured with two main modules:  
•    Understanding the Complexity of Gender and Sexual Identities 
•    Advancing Inclusion of Gender and Sexual Identities
